The Mail Box is a facility which enables you to access your personal folder with letters and information relevant to you. To access it please use your Username and Password as provided by CCA Office Haryana. What can I access through my mailbox and How? I am a : (Click on relevant link)
Pensioners - For all Pensioners retired w.e.f 31.12.06 onwards CCA Office shall place detailed information relating to your PPO, DCRG and Commutation Authority and GPF Final Payment as soon as your case is finalised. In case of any problems/wanting documents, copies of letters issued to your SSA/Unit will be placed in your mailbox folder so you can be aware of the problem and follow up with you SSA/Unit. Please use your Unique Employee ID given by CCA Haryana as Username. Password will be given By CCA Haryana. You can change it by clicking on My Account link at top of your Mailbox folder & then on Change Password link.
Employees- For serving employees, your personal mailbox folder will contain your all your Service Book Details* and GPF Balance information*. The idea is to create an awareness about these details which have an important impact on the timely and correct settlement of your retirement benefits and post retirement issues too, while you are in service. In case on perusal of the same any error/discrepancy is noticed by you in your service book details or GPF balance, please bring the same to notice of the A.O (Cash) of your unit/SSA so that he can inform the CCA Office in writing immediately. From 1.4.04 GPF Transfer Case Details will also be available in your Mailbox. Mailbox will also contain letters issued to you by CCA Office. For example, regarding non receipt of your pension case in case you are due to retire within next six months. Please use your Unique Employee ID given by CCA Haryana as Username. Password will be given By CCA Haryana. You can change it by clicking on My Account link at top of your Mailbox folder & then on Change Password link. * As and to the extent supplied by your SSA/unit
DOT Licensees- Your Company's folder will contain complete, up to date information on your FBG Details , LF Verification Status etc and all other important letters and notices issued to you from CCA Haryana. Please use your Username and Password already given by CCA Haryana. You can change it by clicking on My Account link at top of your Mailbox folder & then on Change Password link. You are advised to change password and keep it confidential.
Subsidy Claimants-Your Company's folder will contain complete, up to date information on your Subsidy Claim Status as well as all other important letters and notices issued to you from CCA Haryana. lease use your Username and Password already given by CCA Haryana. You can change it by clicking on My Account link at top of your Mailbox folder & then on Change Password link. You are advised to change password and keep it confidential.
