PENSION GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
With
effect from 1.4.06 a new pension grievance mechanism shall be followed in
the Office of JCCA Haryana. The details are given below:
- Pesioners
are advised to kindly make full use of the on-line
Grievance Form
as it is available to them at all times even outside office hours and it
saves them the trouble of visiting our office.
- In
case you wish to personally interact with the CAO Pension kindly
note that you may do so from 3:00 p.m to 5:00p.m on the second and third
Friday of every month.
- On
all other days you may lodge a written complaint/query using the printed
grievance form available with CAO Pension. A receipt of the same shall
be handed over to you on the spot and an intimation of the action taken
shall be sent to you by post. It shall also appear in your personal mailbox*
at our website. (To be launched shortly.) The serial number and date of
the grievance form’s receipt may be quoted in all future
correspondence/references on the subject.
*Please
refer to information leaflet on website. Your Unique Employee ID shall be
your Username and password can be collected from CCA Office to enable you to
access your personal mailbox.
